Good customer service. Fixed issues from customer service when I needed to sign up by phone. There was lots of miscommunication but it was handled smoothly and Jess Rexroad did her best to get me the unit in a timely manner given the short notice. The property manager has excellent customer service skills and after speaking with her, I am a satisfied tenant of my belongings.

Very very good customer service. I called in to see about my due date and then I was interrupted by an important call I had to take so I had to end the call quickly, The customer service representative I was on the phone with Tiffany sent me a text with a picture of my bill and when it was due. I appreciate her going above and beyond for me. Great 👍 customer service. I would also like to mention that their facility is very clean and organised.

The staff was helpful knowland friendly. The units are clean and easy to access. You should know that the cheaper the monthly cost of the unit the farther away from the door the unit is. And it is a big place. I would highly recomend to anyone.
