  Nice stay in Cincinnati/Mason. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. We slept well and it was quiet. We would stay again if we are in the area.

  Staff was very nice which saved the stay; however, if you are looking for any perks for "Gold" status you won't get any as wasn't even offered the food and beverage credit. Extremely overpriced for dollars and points.

  Had a great stay! Staff was amazing and helpful, very clean hotel with great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying at kings island. It’s only a 10 minute drive. There’s graeters ice cream in the parking lot that is walkable and Marshall’s right across the street. 10/10 for location as well!

  Even though there was no breakfast from the kitchen the breakfast box was very good! The staff was great with helping us with what restaurants delivered and with anything we needed and were super nice! Will definitely be back!

  Awesome customer service & quick with orders. Tiffany & Angelyna go above & beyond making sure you are getting the best deal for what you are wanting. Not to mention, their window well covers look great & serve their purpose! Keep up the great work, Lustercraft!

  Over the years, I have used Lustercraft many times. I have 2 window well covers on my house and love them! They have also helped me solve security and water issues, not only in my home, but in several rental properties I own. Great people to work with!!

  Great customer service. Willing to help with the smallest orders for my hobbies. From lids for my aquariums and terrariums, to plastic panels to allow sun Into my chicken house. And I love their sturdy window well covers...absolutely the best quality ever!!
