(February 4, 2020, 5:15 pm)As an Associate Broker, I dread it when I buyer tells me "I found a house that's For Sale By Owner". When my buyer client came to me with a property owned by Midpoint Capital & Marketing, my stomach dropped a little. Usually investment properties are pretty, but in poor repair. Mechanically they are generally a nightmare. When they are being sold 'By Owner', my experience has been that the owner is not willing to make additional repairs or be realistic about market value. Midpoint Capital & Marketing was a wonderful and completely different experience!!!! They were realistic about price; the house had been actually repaired and improved, not just paint and carpet to hide the defects. After the home inspection, they were realistic and wonderful about making repairs. They even did some that I prepped the buyer they would probably say "no" to. As an agent, I would work with Midpoint Capital & Marketing a thousand times and seek out their properties to sell. They are a class act all the way!!
