  The service team and the time frame indicated for the service was outstanding!!! But I left my phone at work and was disappointed that magazines did not seem to be offered for a waiting customer to read. As a result I stared into the air for over an hour (felt like I was a character from the Walking Dead) Please bring back some reading materials for us older customers especially as some of us are technologically ignorant and wish to stay that way.

  Great experience! We had been looking at several different dealers/websites and this was by far the best. The finance manager John was super-informative and our salesman Diego was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was actually not even the potential buyer but seeing how my friend was treated and they tirelessly answered her questions I wish I was in the market for a new car, even though I just bought a new car 2 months ago. We drove 100 miles to get to this dealership and we would drive another 100 if we had to in order to get the exceptional service that they gave us. Ignore any ratings less than 5 stars-they are wrong!

  This is my second KIA in 2 years. I wouldn't bother going to any other dealer. It is a relief to pull up and not be bombarded with 50 sales people asking you a million questions.
  
  I had the pleasure of working with Diego who was laid back and did not pressure me just so he could make a sale. He asked the correct questions in order to help me find the perfect vehicle. Most importantly, he allowed me to look and process everything without adding extra stress. I actually took a couple of days before making my decision. Although Diego had my phone number, he did not harass me with phone calls or texts after our first visit. Instead, he respected my wishes and actually waited for me to contact him! This act of integrity triggered my decision to quit looking at any other dealership. None of the other dealerships respected me enough to honor my request.
  
  When you find the model you want, don't be afraid to upgrade the trim. For the second time, Joe allowed me to walk away with the vehicle I thought I would never be able to afford. I gave him a realistic number of what I wanted to pay and he made it happen!
  
  In case you are wondering, I am not getting paid to write this or recieving any kind of kickback (although I would accept it if offered). I just appreciate superior customer service and relations and wanted to share my experience with others!
