  Service is quick. I was bummed they didn’t have after hours drop off. And also that if I wanted to drop off at a different location (like sky harbor) that I would have to pay a $150 drop off fee. They also don’t provide rides to the airport—however they did refund me the amount I had to pay for my Uber to get to the airport. So in all I’m very happy with the service and that they were willing to work with me on the transportation to the airport 😊

  After being in an accident my insurance company set up a rental with Enterprise on N 19th Ave. in Phoenix. Ryan Schwichtenberg is the manager of this location and was so helpful. They picked me up at the body shop to obtain the rental and when returning the vehicle I was able to leave it at the body shop which was super convenient.
  They are friendly and try to expedite the process. I would recommend Enterprise anytime!

  FANTASTIC employee installers! Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Tony is one of the best installers who takes pride in his work on every job. Top notch quality and installation bar NONE in town paired with peace of mind warranties. If you want the best, it's simple; go with Horton's.

  They did a good job on my porch carpet a couple of years ago. Headed back there to replace 3 rooms of carpet.thursday.

  Ashleigh was super helpful with the entire carpet selection process. She was very knowledgeable about a variety of products and was able to find a carpet that was not only of good quality but within budget. Our installers were prompt and communicative, letting us know when they would arrive and how long the install project would take. The project went exactly as they said. They also did a great job cleaning up! We definitely recommend Horton’s for your flooring needs.
