  Back in February I had some sleep related pain that normally goes away in a day or two, the kind where you can’t move your head or rest comfortably, sound familiar ICT fam?! Well, it lasted nearly two weeks before I finally got help, it was the worst neck pain I’ve had. Dr. Sam quickly found the source of the pain, treated it with this wicked metal massage tool, gave me exercises to do, and adjusted me- let me tell you, it wasn’t all roses but a few weeks later I was moving around just fine, better than normal even! I then kept coming back, for a persistent (possible TMJ/ jaw tension) issue I‘ve had for over half my life. I decided yes, I do want to be GI Jane, and go for the gold, so I let Dr. Sam put needles in my face, AKA dry needling acupuncture. I even recommended that my mom visit ICT clinic for the same issue, that’s how well it worked. It’s taken a lot of work, more exercises, and patience but I am fine after just a month and a half of treating a life long issue of pain, I believe even my motion sickness is directly fixed because of this treatment. Today was my last day, so I only need to visit if something arises. Thank you, Dr. Sam Reals!! If you have persistent pain, or an issue you thought couldn’t be helped, go in for a visit!

  5/5 highly recommend Dr. Sam with ICT Muscle and Joint on west Maple street. Not only did he help me with some normal daily pains. He also helped me get back to full strength after a snowboarding injury. I really appreciate his willingness to assist me getting back on my feet and achieving my goals to live pain free.

  Can't say enough about these people! I started receiving care at their East side clinic, but since I was working with Sam on a nagging hip problem, I continued care at the West side office.
  
  I love the set up with the large open room for exercise and a true assessment of mobility, but the private rooms also available if needed for dry needling or adjustments.
  
  I started going there for hip pain that was limiting my running. My goal was to feel less than 30 and not have to show up three times a week for the rest of my life to maintain it. I now am pain free and have a regimen that keeps me that way at home. I feel great and will always pick ICT Muscle and Joint for my chiropractic care.

  I came in to see Dr. Sam for some hip pain I had been feeling during squats and normal sitting at my desk job. He did some dry needling the first couple of visits and started focusing on the fundamentals of my posture and breathing during lifts. He explains everything in terms that are easy to understand and I feel confident in applying the techniques he taught me on my own. I appreciate the tools he has given me to take care of my hips and prevent further injury and pain.

  Sam and this company have helped me more than I ever imagined they could. I was scheduled to see and orthopedic specialist for a knee injury, but before I did, I wanted to check out ICT Muscle and Joint as a last stitch effort... After a few visits, my knee was moving better and feeling better; I ended up cancelling my other appointment and have now been able to workout my legs, which I haven't been able to do in months. Thank you ICT Muscle and Joint and Dr. Sam!
