“We signed up with Visiting Angels last spring for help caring for my grandmother. We had another company before them, the caregivers never called to tell us they would be late, and some just didn't show up. If the caregivers are even 10 minutes late the Visiting Angels team calls us to notify us. We only had that happen two times in the last year and both times caregivers arrived in less than 15 minutes. I know there isn't a perfect system, but this has worked out really well for our family. Gran really enjoys Alexis she is wonderful! She is a nursing student and is so excited to make the one on one connection with her, she will make an exceptional nurse one day!!! I was hesitate to get braces but the staff and Doctors did not pressure me or give me a bunch of calls they did a free consultation and when I finally decided to do it I felt very comfortable from the start. “I will be forever thankful for Jill Austin for helping me to get back to the activity I enjoy doing most…riding horses. After aggravating an old back injury (herniated disc), I was in a lot of pain and could barely do anything. Thanks to Jill and her excellent, knowledgeable, skills, I am now able to ride again and even better, I can lift my 3-year-old granddaughter again…something which I also had missed doing very much.
