Seem to be improving steadily and the experience so far with staff has been good. They do crank folks right through though, so you have to be persistent in getting explanations and questions answered. They seem to know what they're doing but don't take a lot of time to make sure YOU know what they're doing unless you make sure they do.”

“She was wonderful at the begining helped me feel safe and secure while processing some hard stuff she would get on the floor and hold my littles i quit seeing her and came back several years later again it started off ok but she began to be inpatient and intolerant she would try to scare me by talking about her brother in the military and how much he knew it worked when 8 finally was going to make a move for myself she got tipped off from my doc and jumped on it she fired me no closer just a letter no real explanation and done. THE WOMAN WHO SAID SHE WOULD NEVER GIVE UP ON ME”

The staff are all nice and take very good care of the residents not to mention they provide LOTS of activities for them to do so that’s a huge plus in my book! When we can we go up and eat lunch with her the food is also amazing and they have plenty of choices to choose from!! The buildings are all clean and neat as well!
