“The units are spacious; the rent is the most reasonable for the size and extras. In addition to the apartments, the best feature of the property is the huge back yard that slopes down through a small forest to the river. There is also a popular gazebo, along with numerous flower beds and a large, circular planting area (with birdbath). Flowers, fruits and vegetables are planted, tended and picked by volunteer residents, ending up on many dining room tables. The only reason I withheld one star is due to: 1) I couldn't give another 1/2 star, and, 2) the age of our building. However, the Management/Maintenance team we have here is top notch, and more than rises to the challenges of keeping our Residence in excellent condition.”

“I went in for a barium swallow. We had an issue trying to get there that morning as 400 was closed due to a semi head-on collision and were re-routed a long ways out of our way. The radiologist was so kind to wait for us. When I got into the room, the radiologist and Dr were so friendly and kind and the hug I got from the radiologist really made my day of a fairly stressful event for me. I have a sensitive stomach and the fizzy stuff in my stomach did make me nauseous for a long time till it all managed to come up. I was SO happy the doctor told me my results right there.”
