“Called up one day and the rep was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. After asking a few questions to understand what I needed, he reserved a unit for me with no upfront cost or obligation. It was fast and easy. The next day I went to checkout the storage unit and the reps there were also very fast, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and also not pushy. She showed us the unit, it was clean and easy to access. Everything including the pricing was exactly as advertised with one exception. They added some insurance fee with no prior warning or discussion. I never saw any info online about an insurance requirement nor did the phone rep mention it. Other than that, the entire experience was top notch!”

“Other than the fact that the space between the units is snug, angled and aggressively sloped making getting in with a large trailer a bit of a challenge, the units and the people I dealt with were both actually pretty nice. The unit is clean, sided inside with corrugated metal. Clean smooth concrete flooring. The online/by phone reservation opportunity (speaking to a human on the phone is always a plus) was great, we were able to move on on a Sunday afternoon. Very helpful not having to wait for the first of the week.”

They made it easy for the driver to drop off the trailer and didn't charge us extra while it took up space in their lot before we could get a moving company to unload the next day. Great customer service. The owner came out himself to ensure the driver knew where to park and leave the trailer, he cares about his business and his customers.”
