They were having a hard time with my transaction since I was exchanging two boxes that I purchased from a different U Haul dealer. “Dr. Farhoud is a wonderful physician. My brother came to Dr. Farhoud for a second opinion. He is a diabetic and had peripheral vascular disease in his legs. His previous doctor was talking about a possible foot amputation, but Dr. Farhoud was able to open the blockages and save my brother's foot. Dr. Farhoud is compassionate and respectable. I would not go to any other doctor in town.”

“My mother moved to Brookdale Tallgrass in June 2018. It was hard for her to leave her home and independence, but it became necessary due to her physical limitations. We looked at many assisted living facilities, to find the right place for her. My mother has a dog she dearly loves, and having him move with her was a must. Brookdale Tallgrass was very accommodating with respect to her pet. The facility is just the right size for my mother. It is small enough that she gets individual attention from the staff and gets to know them personally, but large enough to meet friends that are living there, and make new acquaintances/friends. The facility is nice, and my mother gets help with tidying and cleaning her apartment. They do her laundry and assist her with her necessary daily activities, including medication management, and any other personal services she needs. What I love most about Brookdale Tallgrass, are the people who work there. They are so kind and caring. They are very nice and accommodating to my mother. Their communication with her family is very good, and we can always discuss concerns regarding my mother with any of the team members at Brookdale. I hear of the nightmare treatment the elderly put up with at various assisted living centers and senior housing, and I thank God every day for the wonderful treatment my mother receives at Brookdale Tallgrass. We have absolutely no regrets in choosing this facility for my mother's care!”

“My wife and I are relatively experienced previous RV owners so we had a good idea what we were looking for. We met with Hayley and she got a list of possible units that would meet our needs. She drove us around looking at many units until we had the list narrowed down. We asked to take a closer look at several more units, Hayley gladly drove us around again (by the way it was 102 degrees outside). We went inside and met with the finance staff and they advised us of our options with several different campers. We experienced no high pressure sales, they just wanted us to be happy with our decision. We decided to sleep on it. The following day the sales manager Evan called and advised us of additional financing options on a unit we really liked, but felt was to expensive. Evan then advised us of all of our options and we made our decision and actually wound up saving more than anticipated. Throughout the entire process we did not feel pressured, instead I was made aware of all options that were open to us. The process was as stress free as a major investment could have been made. I would gladly send a friend or family member to these folks.”
