“We removed a tub and installed a shower. Mostly pleased. It looks nice. They were nice and professional. We feel that the slope of the floor should have been more because the water sits and we have to squeegee it to the drain. The corner seat they installed (for $500) is not comfortable. The seat is too high and slippery and you feel like you are going to slide off. The seat doesn't have much sitting area either! Wish we could remove it, but we don't think that is possible. We also upgraded the shower head to have the extra hand-held hose for $200 and we've seen this one at Lowe's/Home Depot for $50! The entire project was very expensive, $53oo. It supposed to have a Lifetime Warranty, so hopefully they will honor that if we have any future issues. We don't think the issues mentioned here are correctable, so we'll have to live with them. Do your research and look at examples for the best experience. We thought we were prepared, but we hadn't done this before and didn't know all the questions to ask. Mostly happy, but some things could have been better. Also, we didn't get a follow up from the company. You would think after a few months they would ask you about their product...”

“These 5 stars are for the current property manager and leasing agent. I haven’t live in Forrest Grove apartments for about a year and legally left with a signed roommate release 4 months into my year lease. Turns out the previous property manager took my old roommate off instead of me, didn’t have the new tenant that took my room sign a lease, and even gave me an incomplete release form to sign and turn back in. Rachel, the new property manager, has been a life savior with helping me get this worked out!! Rachel and Jordan are the best property manager and leasing agent I’ve seen and anyone who does business with them is lucky!”

I was 600 miles from home and 1,100 miles from my destination. You guys are the greatest team I have seen in a long time!!! When my car broke down on the Kansas City Turnpike, I called several garages and was looking for a family owned repair shop. When I called Myers, Don answered the phone and said yes they were a family. He asked what the symptoms were and after I explained what happened, he said they could help me continue on my trip. Don introduced me to Jim, the mechanic who checked out my car, and they told me the transfer case needed to be replaced. Jim showed me the metal pieces in the transmission fluid. It was early evening and all of the parts stores were closed so they suggested several nearby hotels and helped my family get transportation to a hotel. Now here is best of all; they shopped around for the best part at the best price, replaced the transfer case very timely so I could get back on the road, checked my entire vehicle for problems and suggested certain things when I get to my destination. Myers operates a great shop and I appreciate how much they helped us personally with their kindness and understanding about our situation and the car ran perfectly for the rest of my trip.”
