Gabby was very knowledgeable and I purchased a new pair of boots. Then the manager says they can't adjust my bindings because they were too old. Since the boot length was 1 mm shorter, it was not an issue and I enjoyed skiing on them yesterday. Saved $45 and the current 10 day wait.”
