“Have only been with the Renner Insurance Agency for a short time, but have really appreciated how friendly they are when I stop in and they never seem to be pushy or in a rush and willing to run several different scenarios to see what can save me the most and still give me good coverage. Adding our kids as drivers with our prior insurance company (large car only company that advertises a ton on TV) really caused our rates to skyrocket, so I decided to shop around. Shelter offered extremely good rates on our vehicles and our homeowner policy was competitive with the company I had so I decided to move it all over. When my life insurance policy went up at work, I decided to look into that with them as well and was pleasantly surprised to find they were cheaper than my work for more coverage...so...elected to put that with them as well. I've had two vehicle claims and the gentleman they sent out to look at the vehicle came to our home and was extremely nice and again we stood there and talked for 20 minutes. I have really come to appreciate Renner Insurance and Shelter over the 'big companies' I had been with the past 20 years. Much more personal and so much better to actually talk to someone when you have a question rather than calling a 1-800 number and sitting on hold and then the person has to ask you 5 questions to verify who you are and it just all feels so distant. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone shopping around.”
