Bryon took time to sit down with me and design my banner to my satisfaction. In fact, he added an extra graphic to my banner that I wasn't expecting, of which made it POP with creativity, with my approval of course! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, upon my first visit, it took a while before anyone acknowledged my arrival or my wait. There is not sign-in for a customer if have to wait, nor is there a sitting area for waiting. Otherwise, once acknowledgment was given, the service was consistent with helpful and thorough follow through. I am very happy with my banner of which is very good quality material as well. I will use Shamrock Graphics again for future purchases for my business and will refer to others. Thank you Bryon for your support and knowledge of what I was needing.”
