“Edit: They made things right. While the manager that requested that I talk to him as a response to this review never responded, Tyler, the sales person, got me into another car. He tried his best to work around complications, he went above and beyond, and I am now driving a fun machine. Not perfect, but not worth the one star I originally posted. I'm pleased to be able to update this. Could not be more disappointed. Found a great used Porsche online. Called on the car, verified that it was available, and put down $2000 to hold the car. I was assured that the salesperson had completed many out-of-state transactions, he would email over the contract and we would wire the rest of the money. We secured our financing a few days later and called for the contract to be told that our car was sold, regardless of the earnest money we put down. What a breach of trust! I have already passed over two additional cars at this dealership due to their lack of honesty. .”

“Dr. Wagle is a true craftsman and teacher. He takes pride in his work When he noticed that I was interested in the details (after all my dental work, I have NO fear of dental work), he was more than willing to share them with me. He is honest. Here is an example. When we were first discussing the cost for the work, we agreed to a figure that including allowing him to photograph the procedure for training purposes. Being a Professor, I thought it a great idea. For various reasons it took a good while to finish the work. When talking about my cost, it was quite a bit higher that what we agreed to. When reminded about the agreement he said ‘if I said that, then that is what I'll charge.' I could not ask for more. He appears to be very good in anticipating both the patient's physical discomfort and general dental anxiety handling both quite well. To sum it up, while Dr. Wagle is not inexpensive, he is excellent at what he does; he is honest, and easy to work with. With Dr. Wagle, you will get what you pay for and then some.”

“Let’s start at the beginning. When you call to set up your appointment the girls are friendly, helpful and thorough. When you show up for your appointment they treat you like a friend they haven’t seen in a while. They always remember your pets name and not only do they greet you they greet your pet too. Then you go into your private room where the professional Doctor comes in to take great care of your concerns. They also treat you like a friend and are very kind and compassionate. They take their time to answer all of your questions and they explain what needs to happen next, in terms that are easy to understand. If you can’t remember what you need to do when you get home, the staff will write it down so you can take the instructions home. They encourage you to call them if you have any questions. I have been going to them for almost 20 years. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a cat or dog. They welcome the puppies and kittens we have had and they help us empathetically when we have had to say good bye to our furry babies. I consider them our friends!”
