Without going into a long story, I was upset by something that really wasn't a fault of theirs, and they surprised us with an extremely generous solution. They were gracious, understanding, and really just went out of their way to turn things around (when they weren't in any way obligated to). This place is inviting, quaint, quiet and cozy - everything you'd hope for if you're looking to get away and relax for a bit. We can't wait to come back.”
