(December 4, 2018, 12:27 pm)We've been here 8 months and really like our apartment and living here. Office staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance is excellent and the grounds are well kept. Parking is an issue but they are aware of it. Pet owners for the most part are responsible, better than other places we've lived. Glad we moved here.

(October 26, 2018, 1:35 pm)Fantastic modern apartments! I lived there a little over two and a half years. The management is very friendly and maintenance requests get resolved quickly. The only complaints I have are that the apartments do get expensive after a couple of years. The pool and the gym are not big enough for the number of residents they have. Management puts on resident events about once a month. Great place to rent if you're starting out at Cerner Continuous.

Management and maintenance staff are kind and attentive, clean area, pets are well-behaved and pet owners typically follow guidelines to curb them, children sometimes run ramped, but that’s more so on the individual parents, amenities are great and well-kept. I definitely give this place a 5 star rating!

(June 12, 2018, 12:43 pm)I have lived here for 6 months and this is my first experience living in an apartment. Every single thing is top notch at Prairie View! From the staff who are friendly and so accommodating, to the grounds and pool which are kept immaculate, to the clubhouse and amenities which are more than I could ever ask for! Now with the pool open it's been fun meeting other residents and seeing the whole social side of the community! I could not ask for more!!
