I came here on a Thursday evening for xrays. I didn't know there were specific hours for x-rays and I was after the cut off time. I had taken off work a little early specifically to get this done and I told the young lady at the front desk that. Luckily for me a technician was still in the building and they accommodated me. I work in customer service and I am sure that they were frustrated but they never let on that they were and they were pleasant and kind and very helpful. I was very appreciative And they never made me feel like I was wasting their time or bothering them. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
