A great nurse who seems very sympathetic to patients needs and problems, but she doesn't seem to have a good grasp on how to write Rx dosages correctly, therefore making it a huge hassle for the patient to get the full amount of medication needed each month. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if it was corrected promptly, but unfortunately you have to call the office, your insurance and your pharmacy several times in effort to get it fixed, when if written correctly there would never have been a problem in the first place.
