(July 23, 2022, 5:45 pm)KCR is my go to reefer repair techs. Great place for washouts as well. Dustin(Owner) is without a doubt one of the hardest working gents I've ever met. I will typically argue with my trailer leasing company if they want to use any other vendor for break downs. Turn around time is extremely important in this industry and frankly there is no one better than KCR when it comes to reefers. Dustin has bailed me out of more jams than I can count or even remember. The team he's built seems to stay with him as well which really says a lot about the leadership and ethics in place. I run around 30+ reefers at any given time and I've essentially used every fleet service in town at this point. The bigger vendors simply can't compete with the level of customer service this company continuously provides. If ever asked for a reefer reference, KCR is not only at the top of my list. They are the list!
