I was tasked with replacing our aging fire doors at work. I contacted several door companies in the KC area. Omega far exceeded the others in price and customer service. Some of the larger companies acted as if they were too busy to mess with a small company like mine. Not Omega. My sales rep treated me like I was his only customer. Very prompt and informational. Always kept me up to date with the progress of our project. He contacted me before, during, and right after the job to insure everything was up to my expectations. I will gladly call Omega Door and Hardware again for my next project at work. Highly recommend them.

I have only seen business being conducted by this firm but as a lay person on the other side of the table I was impressed by their friendly and professional salesmanship.
