  An awesome experience! The coaching was phenomenal, the class was intense but achievable, and the gym was so nicely equipped!!

  Dropped in this morning and had a killer chipper WOD. The coach walked me through their warm up and then we had at it. The other athletes were very welcoming and there was a great vibe to the whole place.

  This is my 3rd go at Crossfit and this is the only place that has kept my attention for more than a month or two. I've been coming for a year now and still look forward to the next session. Absolutely the best coaches around, they take time everyday to make sure you are doing things safely and efficiently. Also great group of people that go here to improve not only themselves but, encourage and actively help those around them improve as well. Can not say enough good stuff about CFM.

  Started going to matters because it was close to my house, but it has become a place to enjoy friendship and competition. The gym is full of helpful people that want everyone to get better everyday.

  Big, open space with tons of room for athletes. I've been going to this gym for 6 years and can't imagine a more supportive group of individuals--it's truly like a family. Great coaches who pay attention to your form and have vested interest in your well being and competitive growth. Best CrossFit gym in KC!
