  Acumen Renovations is truly a stand up group of guys! Josh and Todd are very knowledgeable about their line of work and really share that with you when looking at your home. I got the sense that they wanted what was best for my budget and home, not the profit going in their pockets. They are professional, on time, and do very, VERY, quality work! I recommend these guys to all my friends and family and you should too!

  Great work reasonably priced. Acumen was able to match my siding that was currently on my house. Very professional work they made sure to clean up when finished.

  I would absolutely recommend Acumen Renovations for any home remodeling projects! I hired them for siding replacement, interior/exterior paint, door installation, window trim installation, ceiling refinishing, and knockdown application for my home in Lawrence. I dealt directly with Josh, mostly through email due to my schedule. He always gets back to me in a timely manner and provides prompt and detailed quotes as well as helpful recommendations. Their pricing is competitive, they were always professional, and they did high quality work on each project they were hired for. I was so pleased with their work that I have now hired them to replace the deck as well! Acumen Renovations will be my first call going forward for any and all renovation projects!

  Acumen renovations did a fantastic job replacing a deck. Josh and his crew were very profesional and courteous - as well as knowledgeable and mindful of the landscape, etc. He showed up on time to discuss how the project would occur, and kept the project on schedule. I would highly suggest them to anyone. I will call him first from now on, and will be prepared to wait because hardworking companies like his should be booked well in advanced.

  Awesome contractor to deal with. Hands down the best I've had do work at my home. Josh and his crew are professional, pay super attention to detail and quality with a beautiful end result. They truly take pride in the work they do. I'm so glad that I discovered Acumen Renovations and hired them to build my new fence.

785-979-3636. At this time Acumen Renovations is only offering one type of guttering; K-Style in two different sizes, 5″ and 6″. K-Style gutters are flat on the bottom and back side and have a decorative front that resembles crown molding of the front face, as seen on the images below.
