I recently opened a business account with Security Bank because my daughter was so impressed with their service and personal products.
I have had my personal account with another bank for 34 and am changing that soon. I'm totally impressed with their products- both business and personal, but just the friendliness of their employees. As you walk through the door, it's like you're visiting friends. And during these pandemic times, it means a lot since social activities have nearly ceased.
Going through the drive thru is a breeze also because the tellers are always friendly. In fact, I'm sure I was helped by the facility manager in the drive thru. That tells me she is really about customer service, that she's not too big wig to get in the trenches with her employees.
I guess you could say," I'm SUPER IMPRESSED with your overall operation and the employees make banking NOT A MUNDANE TASK! THANKS!

After years of banking elsewhere I decided to switch to Security Bank. Every single time I go into this branch I’m so thankful I switched. Everyone is so friendly and the assistant manager, Brandi, is extremely knowledgeable! They have helped me regain control of my banking experience and become more financially responsible. Looking forward to many more years with them!
I have been with Security Bank less than a year and they have shown me exceptional service in this time. Every time I walk in I am greeted with smiles and hello’s from anyone working in the lobby ranging from the tellers to security. They always make you feel important and welcome. I just recently had an issue with my account and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I received calls from the assistant manager until all was taken care of, and the issue was an error on my part and they still held my hand until the problem was resolved. They made me feel like my families well being mattered to them and we weren’t just an “account.” I won’t be banking anywhere else. Thoroughly impressed!
