I went in to the store because I had been to METRO PCS in the same strip mall and they turned me away even though I have service through them! I needed to transfer my service to a different device and the gentleman there was more than helpful and extremely polite to me and my problem was taken care of quickly and he even told me since I was technically there after store hours that he would transfer my photos onto my new device if I come back in to the store tomorrow!!!”
