It's more than hitting bags, you're working with real people at every class. The environment is exactly the way that I pictured a real boxing gym to be - gritty and without pretenses. Every single one of the people I've met here, guys and gals are all stand up people. If you want to get in fighting shape, get real boxing instruction with real people and at incredibly reasonable price, you should give Sweet z's a try. They have all the gear and you can just show up in any workout clothes. It’s not required but you may want to bring your own hand wraps.”
