“Like many folks, I inherently don’t trust mechanics. So, I wasn’t expecting much when I randomly decided to take my Volvo to this one. I called the shop, told them I needed a simple tire patch. To my surprise, BK fit me right in. Almost immediately, I was impressed. Forgetting we are in the midst of a global pandemic, I reached to shake BK’s hand, which he gently reciprocated by performing an elbow bump. Truthfully, I wasn’t counting on someone trying to earn my business off of a $30.00 tire patch. This sort of customer service doesn’t exist anymore, or so I thought. BK proceeded to tell me that he was there for me for any of my automotive needs, and took the time to answer any questions I had. That would have been stellar had the shop been slow, but it wasn’t. Auto Werks’ reputation precedes it, and there is an almost constant stream of cars going in and out of the shop. Honest to goodness, the world needs more businesses and business owners, like Auto Werks/BK. Thanks for taking the time to read my novel. I work in customer service, and this was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. I will undoubtedly be bringing my car here for all of my future automotive needs.”

“Very friendly place to deliver to. Closed on weekends, so parking is fine off to the far side of the docks if you arrive early for a Monday delivery, but it is residential so running your engine is out. Just don’t block their 2 gates beside the dock.”

They rebuilt it and it did not resolve the issue, so they tore it apart and rebuilt it again, found the issue (tiny hairline crack in a part that rarely fails), repaired it and reinstalled. They stood by the original quote. That is honesty. Great price for excellent service is hard to come by these days. They came highly recommended to us, and we would highly recommend them as well.”
