Patients in need of their services are accomodated, given as much time as needed, and not made to feel rushed. They explain treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options so there are no surprises. Trust me, this is not something all offices do, and no one likes that kind of unwanted surprises! I have been Dr. Gilmore's patient as long as he has been in practice at this office. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I've been going for a few months, completely new to it and not in any real fighting shape. Deciding to jump into a class at Sweet Z's has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's more than hitting bags, you're working with real people at every class. The environment is exactly the way that I pictured a real boxing gym to be - gritty and without pretenses. Every single one of the people I've met here, guys and gals are all stand up people. If you want to get in fighting shape, get real boxing instruction with real people and at incredibly reasonable price, you should give Sweet z's a try. They have all the gear and you can just show up in any workout clothes. It’s not required but you may want to bring your own hand wraps.”
