The staff was very friendly and so helpful, treated me with respect and kindness, took time to listen to my questions and answer them. And I also liked how everything was explained throughout my exam. I've been to places where I felt that i was kind of just rushed in and out of the office, without much knowledge on what was going on with my vision.
