When the covid 19 cases was dropping late spring and summer of 2020, they did not let their guards down. Instead, they got busy and put protocols and plans in place to be prepared in the event of a covid 19 outbreak hit their facility. As number of cases in Kansas started to rise this fall sad to say, staff and most of the residents was hit with the virus. They continued to work hard and diligently to the care and safety and support for their residents. Now, the residents and staff are recovering well. We also appreciate that although very busy, they took time to keep us well informed the status of my Sister's condition as this corona virus is new to all of us. .
