She accessed my condition in relation to my goals and the activities I enjoy and came up with a treatment plan. She explained the process and the expectations and the timeline, so as we worked together, I knew what to expect. She adjusted the plan as needed as I progressed. Their app with customized stretching and strengthening routines including videos was a valuable asset in performing the necessary stretches and exercises between PT sessions. She developed both home and gym exercise plans for me. Thanks to Kendra and Core Strategies, I now have a part of my life back that I wasn’t sure I would ever have pain-free again. Homestead's facilities are not as new as the facility she was at prior, but each and every day her experience and time spent at Homestead was far superior. My Grandmother was not the easiest resident for them but their staff was always excellent and patient with her and the love they showed her was beautiful. The administrators and nurse have repeatedly gone out of their way to help my family during hard times. I would recommend Homestead 100%!”
