Some folks come for it which is great and totally welcome but I personally don't exercise, I train which helps me stay motivated and focused. I was also ready to begin doing something different and better in my life. Buying the yearly membership solidified my commitment and keeps me coming back. (I know, it's expensive upfront but it's the most cost effective and it's the same price if not better than other facilities and activities like yoga or whatever). Teachers are ???? which is so important. Take it slow in class if you're new to boxing and build your technique first! Great place to put in work and grow.”
