“Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...”

He says Alla (his teacher) is one of, if not, the best violin teacher he has had. “ I can feel and hear myself improving every day. She is patient, kind, and thorough. “This place is fantastic. We've been using their services for 12 years now. The house we moved into had the termite stations and we decided to keep up with it. We eventually also decided to get their mouse traps. We've still had a mouse ot two get in occasionally but it's a far cry from what we used to deal with. So the traps work great and they came by recently with a couple indoor traps for me. Everyone is very professional and I have no complaints about the service after all these years. Highly recommend.”

“Cyndi & her team are absolutely amazing! I began talking with Cyndi in February of 2021 when I purchased a new build that would not have a fireplace. The builders did not permit other contractors to come in during the build (long story) so I knew this would be a big project. She talked with me on & off for 8 months while my home was built, visited the site to create the design, & scheduled all the contractors. Cyndi was, & continues to be, amazing in helping me find the perfect design for my space & taste. From selecting the mantel to the unit to the tile, she advised me on my options & brainstormed through the possibilities with me. When we ran into some challenges, Cyndi found a way around it to make it perfect. I am so proud of the final product! Darryl, Dayne, Butch, & Ulises were all easy to work with.
