We expected him to say, I'll be there tomorrow with a cost of over $200 but he heard the noise and learned of our appliance then told us no repair was necessary since it would still work but get louder... which we could work with. He did not try to force his services on us and for a consumer that is huge to us and we will use him again if we ever have an appliance we need work on based on honesty and integrity alone!
