“I was buying a new home and Mike Crosby and his team came out and inspected the Septic tank. After finding a crack in the tank they gave the seller and myself a bid to have the tank replaced. After I closed on the house - Crosby and his team came out 3 days in a row working on the removal and install of my new tank. Each day I was texted to remind me they were coming the next day, they arrived on time, and were always very professional. Each evening, the area was marked well with caution tape and I was give updated on the status of the project. The weekend following the install we had a big rain - Dustin came out on a SUNDAY and made sure that nothing got washed out. Above and beyond what was expected. 2 weeks after the install, giving the ground time to settle they came back out - packed down the ground and put down new asphalt. The excess dirt was moved to a "pit" down hill from the new tank, filling it in and making it all look 1000 times better. I am so grateful to everyone at the Crosby plumbing team. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any job.”
