“I’m an owner of Sweet T’s in Shawnee. Sometimes I have to smoke meat starting before 4:00am. Every time I hook up to my Smoker an officer stops by to make sure I’m not stealing it. I really appreciate the security of being able to leave it in the parking lot and know that the Shawnee Police Department is always close. My mom comes to the bakery before 5:00am and there is always an officer passing by to make sure she is safe. Thank you Shawnee Police Officers for taking care of your citizens”

Its been a possitive experience for me working with deputies to help stop illegal dumping and vandalism at one of the river boat ramps. They have been very professional as well as compassionate and helpful. I honestly cant speak as to any personal situation where they were on a call.....”
