“This place has the best biscuits and gravy! My boyfriend and I try to go once a week. The last time we were here (04/2019) we had a great experience. One of the managers (?)(black shirt, tan pants) apologized twice because our food wasn't ready quickly and he gave us free food! My boyfriend and I didn't think our food was taking too long, just longer than usual, so it was a nice surprise. Oh, and we had a great waitress! I think her name was Ciera? (Black hair, has definitely worked there over a year now) She had tons of tables to tend to but was still very attentive to us. I recommend The Big Biscuit to everyone!”

The most important factor is she did all this, while making us forget she was working. Seamless. The quality of the food was a pleasant surprise. Real mashed potatoes! Portions were perfect. Produce: fresh and crisp. I was taken aback w flavor. Know what I noticed after the quality of the meat? That I could taste it. Meaning the grill is clean.”
