“This is a middle of the road Wendy's -- not ever great and not ever terrible. Most important, the food here is generally Wendy's- level quality. But considering Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains, it's the little stuff here that drives me nuts. I've probably eaten here 50 times over the years and the last 40, I've avoided the drive-thru. It's not only slow, but I've gotten wrong orders here five or six times. I don't even bother anymore. My only complaint inside is that if an employee is in their first week working at Wendy's, chances are they'll be taking my order and struggling to ring it up. HAVING SAID THAT, the employees are always nice and never stand around. It is very clean inside because when it's not busy, they are walking around cleaning tables and refilling condiments, napkins, straws, lids and stuff. They call you "sir" and "ma'am" and ask how you're doing. I go here with my book and will spend an hour reading after I eat. There are places to sit outside in nice weather with a little area where your kids can get rid of excess energy while you soak up fresh air and sunshine. It's situated on the outside edge of The Legends complex so you can get in and out easy but you're still only five minutes from the Kansas Speedway.”

We also had severe weather conditions and i found out later that the truck couldn't get here due to that. The staff is GREAT. Tonight my server was Christina. “pretty darn delicious... We love the options for sauces and sides... Though, that lunchtime lines on Sundays between 1-2pm... It's crazy just to be clear... it's not the line that take forever... there were only 4 people in front of me... I waited for 39min before my order was taken... My order is taken faster at Joe's KC at lunch on a Saturday with 80 people in front of me... this is not a problem of "go order online". We've been enjoying Slims on Sunday afternoon's after church almost every week for the last couple months.. but the last 4 or 5 weeks have been like this. You guys have 2 registers and there is only ever 1 working.... and as a side note... yesterday while I was waiting for my son's chocolate milk, i saw one of the cook prep guys put a plate on the counter and the bun fell off onto the table (butter side down) the cashier pointed this out and the cook prep guy said, "I'll grab another bun", and then waited for the cashier to turn his head and put the dirty bun back on the sandwich...”

I have eaten better Mexican food at other places. The service was slow. Not sure if it’s was due to less staff. They have gluten free options but very limited. I ate tacos which was good but not the best. Suggestion : More options for gluten free Improving the taste and making it more authentic.”
