While this was not an inexpensive remediation, the work has been completed and I am very happy with the results and a bat free attic. Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. Great communication all around! Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and didn't mind answering all of my questions. He very thoroughly explained the process to me, showed up when he said he would and completed all work that had been scheduled for the given day.
