I have six rental properties ~ all the flooring; carpet, vinyl and the snap together wood slabs... have come from Carpet Plus. One rental is now over 10 years old and the carpeting needs replaced ... it’s showing a bit of wear but no rips or holes. Vinyl flooring is just as old and looks like it’s brand new ~ shows no wear at all. I purchased a recliner from them a few months ago ~ the same ~ 5 stars.
