Because I know father Jim and son Darren Thompson will always give me an honest evaluation of my automobile needs and perform the needed repairs with precision. And their team members in the shop are real pros. After the most recent maintenance and repairs to my company car (a 1993 Grand Marquis with 124k) just yesterday, it purrs like a kitten ... but roars like a lion when called upon. I run a competing business Pinnon Hatch Farms LLC, but I have driven to Kansas, Smith Poultry Supply, to pick up vaccines that I do not stock, I will also reccomend them to customers for products that I don’t sell. When they are ready to retire, I have asked about buying them out. They are good people & have a loyal customer base. I see that someone left a one star review about them being a little abrupt. They are a business & get many calls every hour. You have to respect their tiime. They are too busy, especially in their busy time of the year to chit chat.”
