“I recently had a great experience with this company. Truly excellent customer service shown by an Apria employee. Shawnee Mission Physicians Group (best primary care office in the area!) ordered a nebulizer for me as I suffer from asthma. 2-3 days later a gentleman called me, attempting to deliver my machine. He had called my work and cell a few times trying to get ahold of me due to an address miscommunication. He went as far as offering a workplace delivery, as it was on his way home. That would have been off the clock. Luckily, that wasn't necessary. He found my home in the end. This gentleman was truly concerned about my health and went above and beyond the norm to do his job.
