Unfortunately, we had to move the appointment a couple of days due to weather conditions, but they gave me fair notice of this. The service tech was able to diagnose our problem quickly and even told us what to watch out for in the future, and the pricing is also reasonable. I plan to use them in the future. It unfortunate to read the negative review below. Sadly, the time frame mentioned was when the family passed away. I hope you do not form your opinion based on that 1 star review. As a small operation, the best advice, based on my experience, is to leave a detailed message on their machine. I should also mention, if a service call is needed, you will not be nickel-and-dimed for service calls.”

“I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mr. Nisly. The RV we were interested in was clean and well maintained. Mr. Nisly took the time to show us all the features, and answered all our questions. We live 3 hours away from his location. He was agreeable to our leaving a deposit, and returning a few days later with our truck to complete the sale and take it home. Mr. Nisly is very friendly and knowledgeable about recreational vehicles. His price for our interested unit was well below the NADA blue book value. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with him.”

“I had been fighting various door issues for a while, finally decided to call someone. I found a different garage door company in hutch that had great reviews on this site but they didn’t return my calls. I called Cheney door first thing Friday morning and they sent Paul the same afternoon. Paul replaced my extension springs with ones that were properly sized and made a few other adjustments. My old heavy garage door feels light and new again. Paul then explained a couple of routine maintenance tasks, and then checked a couple of more things to make sure everything was operating safely. I was hesitant to make Cheney door my fist call because of a couple of sub par reviews on this site, but I’m glad they were the ones that came to save the day. I would recommend Cheney door to anyone having overhead door issues. Thanks for the great service, Paul!”
