“First appointment. My daughter wanted to get her hair cut, so this is a first for her. I wanted to go to a place where great care would be provided and I think I found the place! I decided on this shop after reading all the reviews. In all the reviews, there were certain terms that stood out; friendly, kind, professional, caring, lovely, pleasant, and a great experience. These terms are well used for this shop. Our appointment was with Lisa. We'd explained the type of cut my daughter wanted, and while talking, I did say I had a concern. Lisa, promptly asked me about my concern, and she even took the time to respond to my concern by showing me how the particular cut would look on my daughter. Once Lisa cut my daughter's hair, she called me over to ask about a detail and explained why we should do the detail. Lisa is on point, knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact, all the ladies in the shop were friendly and fun. The chemistry was great! I will definitely bring my daughter back for a touch up and I will be making an appointment for myself! “Let's get the stuff I don't love out of the way - parking here is not great unless you're in buildings 1 or 2. (There's six) If you have the opportunity to lease with a garage right out the gate? Do it, because garages are very hard to come by later. Also, the walls are pretty thin. All that said, we put in our notice to vacate about a month ago and we are regretting it as we continue to look for a floor plan that fits our lifestyle like this one does. Super spacious closets, a great sized kitchen, big bedrooms. Network cable plug ins in every room. This does come at the sacrifice of true dedicated dining space - but we just sit at our bar instead. No apartment is perfect, maintenance requests are a given. But when we've had to put one in, the process is pretty painless and every single one has been addressed same day. Patti in the leasing office is great. All the maintenance staff are wonderful. Overall, we do not regret the decision to stay here for the 2.5 years we did.”
