“6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there. “I went to the San Carlos store a year ago to get measured for ski boots and was told my last (width) was 104. One year later I was measured and my last is 102. ???? Gabby was very knowledgeable and I purchased a new pair of boots. Then the manager says they can't adjust my bindings because they were too old. Since the boot length was 1 mm shorter, it was not an issue and I enjoyed skiing on them yesterday. Saved $45 and the current 10 day wait.”
