“Our mini golden doodle, Cheerio, loves going to On the Ball in Prairie Village. He gets super excited when we pull up to the shop. We’ve boarded him, taken him for play days, and had him groomed. We have been extremely pleased with all of the services. The groomer is especially good with hairy golden doodle ears! My kids love to check in on Cheerio via the web cameras. We watch him having a blast with the other dogs & getting lots of love from Meagan & her staff. We’re happy to be supporting a great local business!”

“Dr. Richards did a wonderful job helping me with my chihuahua's emergency situation. She was able to somehow work me into her schedule, even though she was very busy with already scheduled patients. She was very helpful and attentive to my dog's needs. Her care with my pet has always been great. Bryon took time to sit down with me and design my banner to my satisfaction. In fact, he added an extra graphic to my banner that I wasn't expecting, of which made it POP with creativity, with my approval of course! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, upon my first visit, it took a while before anyone acknowledged my arrival or my wait. There is not sign-in for a customer if have to wait, nor is there a sitting area for waiting. Otherwise, once acknowledgment was given, the service was consistent with helpful and thorough follow through. I am very happy with my banner of which is very good quality material as well.
