“The place is decorated very nicely, with plenty of stuff on the walls to entertain you while you’re in line. The food doesn’t take long to get after you ordered. When you get your drink, there’s two stations full of different kinds of sodas and lemonades to try. However, there’s always a couple of drinks they are out of. The burgers they have are pretty dang good. I always get a burger with cheese. The cheese is melted in the perfect way and the patty is nice as well. The only problem is that the taste of the bun can leave your mouth as dry as a saltine. The fries they have are great. It’s a good thing that they’re great, because there are like a hundred fries at the bottom of the bag. This joint will have you begging to come back after every visit. This is truly a clutch place.”

“We removed a tub and installed a shower. Mostly pleased. It looks nice. They were nice and professional. We feel that the slope of the floor should have been more because the water sits and we have to squeegee it to the drain. The corner seat they installed (for $500) is not comfortable. The seat is too high and slippery and you feel like you are going to slide off. The seat doesn't have much sitting area either! Wish we could remove it, but we don't think that is possible. We also upgraded the shower head to have the extra hand-held hose for $200 and we've seen this one at Lowe's/Home Depot for $50! The entire project was very expensive, $53oo. It supposed to have a Lifetime Warranty, so hopefully they will honor that if we have any future issues. We don't think the issues mentioned here are correctable, so we'll have to live with them. Do your research and look at examples for the best experience. We thought we were prepared, but we hadn't done this before and didn't know all the questions to ask. Mostly happy, but some things could have been better. Also, we didn't get a follow up from the company. You would think after a few months they would ask you about their product...”

I haven’t live in Forrest Grove apartments for about a year and legally left with a signed roommate release 4 months into my year lease. Turns out the previous property manager took my old roommate off instead of me, didn’t have the new tenant that took my room sign a lease, and even gave me an incomplete release form to sign and turn back in. Rachel, the new property manager, has been a life savior with helping me get this worked out!! Rachel and Jordan are the best property manager and leasing agent I’ve seen and anyone who does business with them is lucky!”

I am very picky when it comes to large purchases so I researched only companies over 4 stars with excellent reviews and Mr. Fix It did not disappoint me. I called them before coming in and Tom had a washer and dryer set ready for us before we got there. It was in prestine condition with a 30 day warranty. Something came up and I was unable to get hoses and they were able to provide me with some used ones which I am highly grateful for. They delivered it on a Saturday and installed it perfectly even though my laundry closet was a bit challenging they got it done!! Currently washing my laundry with no issues. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mr. Fix it y'all are family now and we will come to you for all of our appliance needs from here on out!!”
