“Pros~ Love Meritrust, they really improved the mobile banking app. I have multiple accounts and no issues, the over draft fee is $32 but not a real issue if you manage your accounts. I've had one or two incidents throughout the year where something unexpected happen and I did get hit with overdraft fee but Meritrust is helpful since I had a good record and refunded. The phone services also improved now that you're allowed to get call back instead of having to stay on the phone to wait. Cons~ The only thing I wish that they could do is have more physical branches, used to have one right next to me but now I have to drive a little ways away to get to one. Its true that you can go to any credit union if you need to do simple things like deposit cash, but when you have to do paperwork you actually have to go to a Meritrust. Also, even though I was with them for over five years I couldn't get a loan from them for a car the first time so that was disappointing since I had a good record with them. However, couple years later when I was in a bind and need to get another car quickly they were the only Bank willing to work with me and kept interest under 5%. I've tried multiple Banks before I found Meritrust and I recommend them to everybody I know.”

“i really dont think terra knows what she is talking about! especially when you dont know the whole story.there are various reason why they wont let you go down, one is if your not having clean UA's, and or you are not meeting your goals in your treatment plan, that you put down to work on. it has nothin to do with money. im a patient there and if it wasnt for bhg, kansas city treatment center. that was the name when i first started 12 years ago, i would not be where i am now if it was not for them. i just dont think it is fair for someone to say bad things about people and or things they have no idea about.and then people that do need the help they dont get it because of again people saying things they should not be saying. i would recommend bhg its nice to be able to go to work again and be able ro play with my grandkids and do things with my daughters that i wasnt able to before without having to take pain pills to do it. so if you need help please do it for yourself becuase it fells amazing if not bhg get help somewhere.”
