“I own a 2005 motorhome that I was having an AC issue with. I had tried all kinds of troubleshooting with it myself. I had contacted the company about 4 separate times to get tech support. Each call and each tech team member were all very helpful. The most helpful of all was Derek H. who really took a deep dive with me to finally pinpoint the problem that causing my AC issue. We got it resolved with out having to pay hundreds of dollars for a AC repair company to come out and take a look at it.
